Registration and Bidding
Participants must register on the site.
Bids are legally binding offers that cannot be withdrawn once accepted.
The "As-Is" Clause
Goods are sold ‘As is’ with all faults and no warranty is provided.
No Cooling-Off Period
Auction sales are final. There is no right to change your mind after winning.
Full payment is required within 1-2 business days of invoicing.
Bids are binding – no refunds will be given
Auctioneer Discretion
The auctioneer has the right to refuse bids, withdraw items, or re-open bidding in the event of a dispute.
Vendor Bids
Sellers or their agents may reserve the right to place bids.
Timings
The auction will run until Midnight on Saturday the 7th March
If you are outbid – you will receive an email to advise you.
Winning bidders will be advised on Monday the 9th March
Accessing your items
Items in the following categories must be collected by the winning bidder on the weekend of the 14th / 15th March
Furniture and Fittings
Tools and Equipment
Water & Electrical
Materials
If you don’t want to drive out for one or two bits and pieces…items in the category of “Ornaments” or smaller items can be picked up on arrangement with Mark or Martin.
Structures - Winning bidder is responsible for structure removal and cartage. Evidence of applicable insurances for dismantling structures is required. Structure removal dates are by arrangement with PowerLink. Structures must be removed before the 31st March or will be forfeited.
Items not claimed will be deemed forfeited no refunds are given
